The plan with Stephen at Lone Wolf is so easy to follow. It gives you three meals a day as well as a snack. You are provided with a shopping list and most of the items are cupboard staples that you have in anyway. I haven’t had a single IBS flare up and after four weeks I have lost four inches from my waist.
