28 DAY ONLINE PLAN
It doesn’t take long to create solid foundations of strength. This 28 day progressive programme will help you to do just that. At first we slowly build up with 10 minutes per day, targeting different areas of the body. Then once you’re used to the 10 minute classes, we start to layer them up, increasing workload on the body and urging it to adapt!
