THE POWER OF 10 PROGRAMME

If full body strength is what you are looking for, then this progressive programme will help you to do just that. At first we slowly build up with 10 minutes per day, once you’re used to the classes we start to layer them up, increasing workload on the body and forcing it to adapt. Start your journey now…

WEEK 1 

The first week we need to allow the body to get used to being put under stress. So there will only be 10 minutes each day alternating through lower body, core and upper body.

DAY 1 – QUAD FIRE UP

The quads will feel the burn in this class as you merge chair pose and warrior together!

DAY 2 – SIDE BODY

10 mins

Don’t forget the sides of your body! Your obliques will be the main focus point for this class!

DAY 3 – UPWARD CYCLE

10 Mins

If you lack upper body strength this is a good place to start as you work into scapula stability and the chest
