I’m thrilled to introduce you to our upcoming programme, where we will delve into 40+ common yogic movements and dedicate 5 – 10 minutes to each posture. This is perfect for beginners to yoga or yogis that want to refine their practice. These postures form the very foundation of our practice, and by performing them to the best of our abilities, we establish the groundwork for remarkable progress. Returning to the basics and refining your practice will yield incredible results and propel you forward on your yoga journey.
ASHTANGA LEARN & BURN PROGRAMME
LIFE CHANGING 30 MIN ROUTINE
Discover the transformative power of Ashtanga yoga. This programme offers an accessible series of postures, suitable for all levels, that will invigorate your body, mind, and soul. We will start by breaking down the condensed Ashtanga Primary series postures, and then combine the postures into a flowing 30-minute routine.
15 MIN CORE-KERS PROGRAMME
2 WEEK | 10 CLASSES
The middle section of your body is where the root of strength & stability comes from, as well as being a necessity when warding off injuries such as low back pain. In this 2 week programme we will be making the utmost of 15 minute blocks of time to explore numerous core strengthening movements & techniques.
LONG HOLD BIG RELEASE PROGRAMME

Many people believe that by doing a 10 second stretch that they will manage to maintain muscle length or miraculously IMPROVE their flexibility! I’m sorry but it doesn’t work that way. To create real change you have to sit in a stretch for a long period of time. And that is why I have created this mini programme.
‘FIRE & FLOW PROGRAMME’
1 WEEK PROGRAMME | STRENGTH & FLEXIBILITY | 30 MIN CLASSES
In this intensive 1 week programme we will work with the polarities of fire & water. Turn up the heat with long burning postures, then cool off the body with slow fluid movements that extinguish the flames & open the body. Choose which area of the body that you need to work on then get too it!

Most of the time we lose range of movement because we become one dimensional in the way that we move. Also if you are experiencing aches and pains in your joints then sometimes that is the way you’re body tells you that you need to move. Stephen is going to help you to work on specific areas of the body and the great thing is it will only take 10 minutes of your day.
