‘IT’S HARD TO PUT INTO WORDS THE TRANSFORMATION’

Stephen really knows his stuff and really cares. He took time to get to know me and my struggles and really catered the course towards my needs. The one to one sessions on there own are well worth the money, but then he’s got a daily plan that accompanies it through the website and an app.

His space in Ushaw College is an absolute oasis. As soon as you step in the door you’ll feel more relaxed and there was always a warm welcome and an herbal tea to seal the deal! (There was even a puppy on my final visit!)

When I started I had a constant feeling of being unsafe and estranged from my body. Now I sit in stillness for 20 minutes a day and just listen to, and love, my body. When I started, my thoughts berated me night and day. Now I have tools and techniques that pull me out of my thoughts and into my body. I’ve learned to listen to anxiety instead of fearing it, knowing that it will pass. My inner dialogue has shifted. My self awareness has grown. And I’m moving from self-discover, to self-acceptance, to self-celebration.

I took part in 4 week meditation course with my husband. It has been such a fab experience I have learned so much. I have always wanted to get into mediations but I didn’t have a clue how to do it, I tried and got distracted, I just didn’t have the tools or knowledge on how to get started. I am so pleased I found Lone Wolf Vison. My Husband joined for ride and to my surprise he has loved every session, this would not normally not be he thing but the teachings and interactions we had in the course were top class.

Recently did the one-to-one meditation course with LWV. The course is well organised and easy to follow with steps to guide you each day. The 4 sessions with Stephen were excellent, he gives loads of insightful information but without it being overwhelming, and shows how you, practically, can use the tools to make life work for you.

Lockdown and working from home has been intense for us all and I decided it was time for me to get some balance, refocus and slow the pace down.

This really gave me some understanding of mediation and the knowledge to bring it into my daily life. The help and support from Stephen has opened my eyes to a new outlook on life and the world I live in. Looking back at the past, the good and the bad but more importantly the future. Really focusing on the person I want to become.

I now have a monthly session with Stephen which keeps me focused and on track. We discuss development, areas of focus and he gives me tips and points to consider to help me get through my day. I’m feeling less stressed, my mood is lifting I have a bigger appreciation of my life and surroundings, seeing the beauty of the world I live in.

I took Lone Wolf Vision’s meditation course after looking for a solution to the stress, anxiety and constant chest crushing tension that I’d been suffering with for the past eight months. Stephen guided me expertly through the 4 week course with his great empathy and down to earth teaching style, and my symptoms have reduced, I’m sleeping better and feel back in control again.

Me & my girlfriend have just completed the group meditation course. Right from week 1 Steve creates a relaxing and welcoming environment. The course provides an excellent guide for anyone wishing to begin meditation practice and self development. Tuesday night quickly became our favourite night of the week, as a chance to relax and learn!
