ASHTANGA YOGA

ENERGETIC | STRENGTH | FLEXIBILITY

If you want a workout at the same time as unravelling your body, this is your go too! We perform a condensed version of the Ashtanga (8 limbs of yoga) vinyasa (connection of movement and breath) routine which is an all encompassing practice that when completed includes 32 Asanas (postures) for strength, flexibility and power. We work these classes with a specific outlay. In our 1st session of 4 we go through the full sequence described above, then for the next 3 weeks I design classes to make you more efficient at the routine. Then we start the cycle again the week after returning to the full sequence so you can see your improvements.

RESTORATIVE YOGA

GREAT FOR BEGINNERS | GIVE BACK TO YOURSELF

Take time out to surrender to the present moment. Slow everything down and enter the realm of release with a series of deep stretches & slow vinyasas. Allow yourself this time to give back to your body & mind after a busy week. This class is perfect for newbies due to it’s slow nature. Each class ends with a mind expanding guided meditation from Stephen, with Tibetan and crystal sound bowls channelling you into the now. Perfect for an end of week wind down before the weekend.

YOGA BEGINNERS COURSE

ONE TO ONE | 4 SESSIONS | LEARN THE BASICS

I would recommend anyone that is attending any yoga class for the 1st time to learn the fundamentals. Not only will it make sure you are safe & controlled through movement, but you will gain probably about 50% more from each class you attend from then on. We will go through the main postures, breathing techniques in one to one sessions, then I will provide you with an action plan to practice at home and accelerate your progression.
