ASHTANGA YOGA
If you want a workout at the same time as unravelling your body this is your go too! Ashtanga (8 limbs of yoga) vinyasa (connection of movement and breath) is an all encompassing practice that when completed includes 41 Asanas (postures) for strength, flexibility and power. The postures will be taught over a number of weeks until we create this amazing full routine, which will energise your soul.

PILATES
Pilates original name was “Contrology” and it really does bring a sense of awareness that allows you to regain control of your own body. When you attend pilates classes on a regular basis you can improve multiple areas, such as strength, balance, and flexibility. People of all ages can benefit from this class and our amazing teacher Teresa will regress or progress exercises to suit your needs.

RESTORATIVE YOGA
Take time out to surrender to the present moment. Slow everything down and enter the realm of release with a series of deep stretches & slow vinyasas. Allow yourself this time to give back to your body & mind after a busy week. This class is perfect for newbies due to it’s slow nature. Each class ends with a mind expanding guided meditation with tibetan singing bowls…
