If you want a workout at the same time as unravelling your body, this is your go too! We perform a condensed version of the Ashtanga (8 limbs of yoga) vinyasa (connection of movement and breath) routine which is an all encompassing practice that when completed includes 32 Asanas (postures) for strength, flexibility and power. We work these classes with a specific outlay. In our 1st session of 4 we go through the full sequence described above, then for the next 3 weeks I design classes to make you more efficient at the routine. Then we start the cycle again the week after returning to the full sequence so you can see your improvements.

Stephen, the founder of Lone Wolf Vision, brings over 20 years of experience in the fitness, rehabilitation, and yoga industry to create classes that open both the body and mind. Julie, a highly qualified yoga teacher, has undergone extensive training, including over 500 hours of teacher training and specialisation in yoga for athletes, yoga for menopause, and chair yoga, among others. Her expertise, attention to detail, and warm personality make her an exceptional teacher. Take time out of your day to enjoy an hour of mindful movement with this gentle vinyasa inspired yoga class. In this class you will learn techniques and common postures that help sustain and build your mobility, strength and balance for everyday life. A key element will be learning how to connect breathing techniques with movement, which supports the mindfulness of the practice. The class ends with a 10 minute relaxation pose (savasana) and guided meditation. No previous yoga experience is needed; though to access the class you will need to be able to move down to the floor and stand up again. This class is also suitable for everyday athletes and yoga practitioners seeking a guided practice.
