Each day of the retreat we will be exploring one of the key elements of the Lone Wolf (Earth, water, air, fire & space). We encourage you to fully commit to the programme by joining Stephen for yoga, meditation & day trips in the surrounding province or Lorida.

Stephen is top yoga & meditation teacher from Durham, United Kingdom, who has guided many people on the journey of self-discovery. His own journey of realisation is an unusual one, that saw him cut a successful military career short after an intense awakening period. He then travelled the world moving solo through India – Nepal where he was introduced to yoga & meditation. He took what he had learnt and created Lone Wolf Vision, a business that has a deep purpose to help others. His passion for life shines through as well as his ability to create insight in peoples lives. This is the perfect opportunity to immerse yourself in the practice of self-discovery with a fantastic teacher in the perfect environment.
