Our 4 Week in-person OHALE Group Beginners Meditation Course is an ideal way to learn how integrating the transformative practice of meditation can create huge shifts in your state of being. We have had men & women of all ages attend the course with amazing feedback. It’s a beautiful mix of experiencing the peace of deep guided meditations and learning how to implement meditation into a busy western lifestyle to create balance.

SO WHAT IS MEDITATION?

Firstly let’s look at what meditation isn’t! You don’t have to be a monk to do meditation, sit in a cross legged position or be spiritual in any shape or form. Stephen actually started his meditation journey when he was in the British military of all places, teaching many soldiers how to use this amazing tool. Meditation is the art of channelling your consciousness (focus) into one specific area, to create space & slow down your stream of thinking. You become the observer of your thoughts and from this vantage point you can take back control of your life. Many sports people, businessmen/women, mothers, fathers, children do it & has mass population studies to back up it’s positive effects!
