15 Minutes – That’s all it takes!
Our 2-week programme (10 sessions, 5 days on 2 days off for 2 weeks) focuses on strengthening the core of your body, which is essential for strength, stability, and injury prevention, particularly in the lower back region. By dedicating just 15 minutes at a time, you will have the opportunity to explore a range of yoga/fitness core strengthening movements and techniques. This programme not only enhances your yoga practice but also helps you achieve a toned midsection as an added bonus.
What do I need to start?
The great thing about 15-minute core workouts is that you don’t need a lot of equipment. All you need is a yoga mat, a couple of yoga blocks (or something similar like books), and a strap (you can even use an old belt). You’ll also need a device to follow the sessions and just 15 minutes of your time.
