WHAT’S INCLUDED?
BIOMECHANICAL ASSESSMENT 60 MINUTES
It’s a bit like a full MOT! We will sit down and I will ask a few questions to gain insight into the mechanics of your injury and your lifestyle habits. Then we move onto a biomechanical assessment. I will assess posture, strength, balance, flexibility, movement awareness/efficiency, finding the areas that we will need to focus upon in the near future. The accelerated rehab package is all about self-empowerment. Therefore, I talk you through each test, explaining what my findings are. I want you to understand your own body and not be left in the dark.
6 X 45 MIN INJURY SPECIFIC CLASSES
Taking a block of classes is a great way to accelerate the rehabilitation process. Sessions are designed specifically to target YOUR imbalances allowing us to rediscover movement and create strong foundations. I will also teach you effective breathing techniques so relieve tension, regain focus and move you into a more positive frame of mind. Having regular contact also ensures I can monitor your progress and tweak your program where necessary.
REHAB APP ACCESS
Your plan is always close at hand with our user friendly training app. It includes photos, videos and detailed descriptions of all exercises to ensure you are performing the exercises correctly. It even has a notes area, to record your successes.
