Stephen, the founder of Lone Wolf Vision, brings over 20 years of experience in the fitness, rehabilitation, and yoga industry to create classes that open both the body and mind. Julie, a highly qualified yoga teacher, has undergone extensive training, including over 500 hours of teacher training and specialisation in yoga for athletes, yoga for menopause, and chair yoga, among others. Her expertise, attention to detail, and warm personality make her an exceptional teacher.
