Ashtanga is a powerful, energetic style of yoga that can invigorate body, mind & soul. Traditionally it is an advanced set of postures that challenge strength, power & flexibility, that for many can feel out of reach. However, in this programme I have created a series that in the most part is achievable for pretty much any standard of yogi. First we will explore in-depth all of the postures from the Lone Wolf condensed Ashtanga Primary series. Then once you feel you have the postures nailed down we will bring it all together with a free flowing 30 minute routine.
